A Study on Interpersonal Perception Accuracy of College Students in Southwest China: The Moderating Effect of Nationality

摘　　要：本研究使用大五人格量表的两种评价方式(反思评价和他人评价)对贵州省贵阳市高校的大学生人际知觉关系进行问卷调查,利用科学的数据分析工具得出结论。目的:在大五人格视角探讨民族的调节作用,为增进民族间的沟通和交往交流提供新的思路与方法。方法:使用大五人格问卷的两个评价方式(他人评价和反思评价),对362名大学生的人际知觉准确性进行问卷调查。结果:他人评价和反思评价在外向性(r = 0.12, p < 0.05)、宜人性(r = 0.23, p < 0.01)、情绪稳定性(r = 0.28, p < 0.01)分别呈显著正相关。对于亲密度较高的他人,在大五人格的五个特质维度上,民族在他人评价与反思评价之间的调节效应模型显著,即他人评价能够正向预测反思评价。结论:究主要发现1) 在外向性、宜人性和情绪稳定性维度上人际知觉准确性会相对较高。2) 从民族的调节作用来看,汉族个体对同伴的看法更为敏感,其人际知觉准确性比苗族个体要高。This study uses two evaluation methods of the Big Five Personality Scale (reflective evaluation and others’ evaluation) to conduct a questionnaire survey on the interpersonal perception of college students in Guiyang, Guizhou Province, and draws a conclusion by using scientific data analysis tools. Objective: To explore the regulatory role of nations from the perspective of big five personality, and to provide new ideas and methods for enhancing communication and exchanges among nations. Methods: 362 college students were investigated on the accuracy of interpersonal perception by using two evaluation methods of the Big Five Personality Questionnaire (others’ evaluation and reflective evaluation). Results: There was a significant positive correlation between others’ evaluation and reflective evaluation in extraversion (r = 0.12, P < 0.05), agreeableness (r = 0.23, P < 0.01) and emotional stability (r = 0.28, P < 0.01). For others with a high degree of intimacy, in the five trait dimensions of the big five personality, the moderating effect model of nation between others’ evaluation and reflective evaluation significant, that is, others’ evaluation can positively predict reflective evaluation. Conclusion: the main findings of the study are as follows: 1) the accuracy of interpersonal perception is relatively high in the dimensions of extraversion, agreeableness and emotional stability. 2) From the perspective of ethnic adjustment, Han individuals are more sensitive to their peers’ views, and their interpersonal perception accuracy is higher than that of Miao individuals.
