摘　　要：合同履行是交易实现的关键,是合同实现功效的主要方式。但是在合同成立后,总会有种种原因导致合同的履行陷入僵局,从而引发履行障碍。而从合同目的实现程度,解读合同履行障碍的解决机制,对于实现合同目的,维护交易安全有着不可估量的作用。Contract performance is the key to the realization of the transaction, and it is the main way to achieve the effectiveness of the contract. However, after the contract is established, there are always various reasons for the performance of the contract to deadlock, resulting in performance obstacles. From the realization degree of the contract purpose, the interpretation of the solution mechanism of the contract performance obstacles plays an inestimable role in realizing the purpose of the contract and maintaining the transaction security.
