“三全育人”背景下高校创建文明和谐公寓工作的探索与实践

摘　　要：思想政治教育是高校学生工作中的重要一环,它不仅存在于学生第一课堂上,更应该存在于学生生活的各个角落,尤其是学生校园生活的主要场所——学生公寓。管理者们应该利用好学生公寓主阵地的育人优势,充分开展学生思想教育工作,打造文明和谐公寓环境。本文结合高校创建文明和谐公寓工作的实际,以“三全育人”为背景,将党团建引领多方联动、引导学生自我管理、加强以服务学生为核心的管理模式贯穿创建文明和谐公寓工作全过程,探索出高校学生公寓思想政治教育工作的新路径,从而提高学生公寓思想政治工作的成效,提升学生公寓的自然环境和人文环境。Ideological and political education is an important part of college students’ work. It not only exists in students’ first classroom, but also in every corner of students’ life, especially the main place of students’ campus life: student apartments. Managers should make good use of the educational advantages of the main position of student apartments, fully carry out the ideological education of students, and create a civilized and harmonious apartment environment. Based on the reality of building a civilized and harmonious apartment in colleges and universities, and with the background of “three integrity education”, this paper will run through the whole process of building a civilized and harmonious apartment with the Party and League building leading the multi-party interaction, guiding students to manage themselves, and strengthening the management mode centered on serving students, to explore a new way of ideological and political education in student apartments in colleges and universities, so as to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political work in student apartments, and improve the natural and cultural environment of student apartments.
