摘 要:科技创新资源高度聚集的城市群正日益成为支撑我国经济增长的重要平台及创新高质量发展的主体形态。本文利用长江中游城市群2009~2020年科技创新数据,构建复合系统协同度模型对长江中游城市群科技创新协同发展水平进行测度与分析;结果表明长江中游城市群科技创新总体协同度及各区域科技创新子系统有序度发展均呈上升态势,有序协同发展速度逐渐加快,但总体协同度与长三角、京津冀相比较为落后;湖北、湖南、江西三省科技协同创新子系统有序度差距较大是导致其总体协同度未达到优质协同的重要原因。The urban agglomeration with a high concentration of scientific and technological innovation re-sources is increasingly becoming an important platform to support China’s economic growth and the main form of high-quality innovation. This paper uses the innovation data of the Yangtze River midstream urban agglomeration from 2009 to 2020 to measure and analyze its synergy degree through the composite system synergy model. The results show that the overall degree of scientific and technological innovation coordination in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River agglomeration and the orderly development of innovation subsystems in various regions are on the rise, and the speed of it is gradually accelerating. But the overall synergy degree is still relatively backward compared with the Yangtze River Delta and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region. The large gap in the orderly degree of scientific and technological collaborative innovation subsystems in Hubei, Hunan and Jiangxi provinces is an important reason why their overall synergy has not reached high-quality collaboration.
