摘  要:当今世界,“一带一路”倡议得到了越来越多世界友人的积极响应,我国高等国际教育影响力越来越大,但也面临诸多挑战。许多国际学生群体面临“文化休克”难题,难以顺利实现跨文化适应,对其学业、生活造成了不利影响。在多元文化的背景下,对高校留学生的教育管理工作是一种跨文化教育管理,也是一种以服务为导向的教育管理模式。本文立足于中西文化传统,从中西文化会通的视角出发,结合实际案例探索国际学生跨文化教育管理策略,为高校学生管理者提供参考,以便更好地教育和管理国际学生,帮助其顺利融入中国社会。Nowadays, more and more people around the world are actively responding to the Belt and Road Initiative. Although China’s higher international education is growing in influence, it also faces many challenges. International students often suffer from a phenomenon known as “culture shock”, which makes cross-cultural adaptation difficult, resulting in adverse effects on their studies and personal lives. International student education and management at colleges and universities are based on cross-cultural and service-oriented approaches in a multi-cultural setting. Based on the shared perspectives of Chinese and western traditions, the author explores cross-cultural education and management strategies by combining practical cases in order to provide student administrators with guidance on implementing better education and management to facilitate successful adaptation to Chinese society for international students.
