摘　　要：夫妻共同财产制度属于婚姻法中不可或缺的一部分,展现了对婚姻家庭生活物质基础的法律约束。国内夫妻财产制度经过了一系列变革,最终于2021年被废止,实施《民法典》,进一步完善了夫妻财产制度。为了完善夫妻财产制度,文章主要对《民法典》对夫妻财产制度的完善及其影响进行研究,文中先分析了夫妻财产制度的概念、主要内容和《民法典》夫妻财产制重构的立法意义,之后分析了《民法典》对夫妻财产制度的完善,并提出了《民法典》对夫妻财产制度完善的影响,包括符合社会经济发展要求;展现出了“以人为本”的观念;加强了双方的责任意识,希望可以为有关人员提供参考。The joint property system of husband and wife is an indispensable part of the marriage law, which shows the legal constraints on the material basis of marriage and family life. After a series of changes, the domestic marital property system was finally abolished in 2021, and the Civil Code was implemented to further improve the marital property system. In order to improve the marital property system, this paper mainly studies the improvement and influence of the Civil Code on the marital property system. It first analyzes the concept and main content of the marital property system and the legislative significance of the reconstruction of the marital property system in the Civil Code, then analyzes the improvement of the marital property system in the Civil Code, and puts forward the influence of the Civil Code on the improvement of the marital property system, including meeting the requirements of social and economic development and demonstrating the concept of “people-oriented”. It strengthens the sense of responsibility of both parties and hopes to provide reference for relevant personnel.
