A Study on the Relationship among Family Environment and Adult Attachment of College Students’ Interpersonal Communication

摘  要:目的:研究大学生人际关系现状,并探讨家庭环境、成人依恋对大学生人际关系的影响,加深对大学生人际关系的了解。方法:采用方便取样选取228名大学生,用家庭环境量表(FES-CV),亲密关系经历量表(ECR)以及人际关系综合诊断量表进行调查。通过统计分析与研究发现以下结果:1) 当代大学生的人际关系状况从总体来看并不乐观,其中存在比较严重人际困扰的学生有19.7%;存在严重人际困扰的大学生有33.3%;而轻度人际困扰的大学生只有人46.9%。2) 亲密度、娱乐性与人际关系各维度呈显著负相关,矛盾性、依恋回避与依恋焦虑与人际关系各维度呈显著正相关。3) 矛盾性与依恋焦虑能够显著正向预测人际关系,娱乐性能显著负向预测人际关系。Objective: To study the current situation of interpersonal relationships among university students and to explore the influence of family environment and adult attachment on interpersonal relationships among university students, and to deepen the understanding of interpersonal relationships among university students. Method: 228 university students were selected using convenience sampling and surveyed using the Family Environment Scale (FES-CV), the Experience of Close Relationships Scale (ECR) and the Comprehensive Interpersonal Relationships Diagnostic Scale. The following results were found through statistical analysis and research: 1) The interpersonal relationship situation of contemporary university students is not optimistic from an overall perspective, among which 19.7% of students have relatively serious interpersonal distress;33.3% of university students have serious interpersonal distress;while only 46.9% of university students have mild interpersonal distress. 2) Intimacy, recreation and interpersonal relationship dimensions were significantly negatively correlated, while ambivalence, attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety were significantly positively correlated with each dimension of interpersonal relationship. 3) Ambivalence and attachment anxiety were significant positive predictors of interpersonal relationships, and recreation was a significant negative predictor of interpersonal relationships.
