我国警察公共关系研究现状与展望——基于CiteSpace的知识图谱分析

摘　　要：警察公共关系是公安机关协调警民关系、树立良好形象、提升工作效能的一项十分重要的管理活动。本文借助CKNI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure)数据库,运用文献计量与知识图谱可视化的方法,通过CiteSpace软件对警察公共关系领域374篇文献进行定量分析,系统梳理发文时间与发文量、代表学者等时空分布特征,归纳我国警察公共关系的研究现状;基于关键词共现、关键词聚类与主题路径,可视化分析警察公共关系的研究热点和发展演化,并且可以预测未来研究的前沿趋势,为后续研究提供一些参考和借鉴。Police Public Relations is a quite important management activity for public security organs to coordinate police and public relations, establish a good image, and enhance work effectiveness. In this paper, with the help of CKNI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure) database, we used bibliometric and knowledge mapping visualization methods to quantitatively analyze 374 papers in the field of police public relations through CiteSpace software, systematically sort out the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics such as time of publication and volume of publication, representative scholars, etc., and summarize the current research status of police public relations in China;based on keyword co-occurrence, keyword clustering and topic path, visualize and analyze the research hotspots and development evolution of police public relations, and predict the frontier trends of future research to provide some reference and reference for subsequent research.
