摘　　要：家庭是社会最基本的组成单位,宋代更是极为重视家庭职能的王朝。《名公书判清明集》作为南宋法官在处理案件时留下的珍贵史料,采用个案分析的方法,从中可以窥探出宋代家庭的社会职能:宋代家庭同居共财,是维护封建伦理秩序的基本单位;重视田产土地,是组织经济生产的基本单位;注重思想教化,是为政府输入人才的基本单位;同时还是调和缓解社会矛盾的极佳场所。The family is the most basic component unit of society, and the Song Dynasty attached great im-portance to family functions. As a precious historical material left by the judges of Southern Song Dynasty, Ming Gong Shu Pan Qing Ming Ji gives a glimpse of the social functions of the Song Dynasty family: The Song Dynasty family was the basic unit for maintaining the feudal ethical order, and lived together and shared wealth;it was the basic unit for organizing economic production, and attached importance to fields and land;it was the basic unit for importing talents to the government, and focused on ideological education;And it was also an excellent place for reconciling and alleviating social conflicts.
