经济法视域下的区域协调发展分析

摘　　要：新时代背景下,区域协调发展是新的发展问题,而经济法是发展促进法,用经济法的理论调整区域协调发展问题,将经济法的公平、效率、秩序价值内嵌于区域协调发展,可以促进区域一体化建设,加快社会现代化进程。首先关注到行政区经济的限制带来的区域协调发展问题,再分析政策与法律的关系对区域协调发展的影响,从区域协调发展的现有问题引入,在经济法视域下分析区域协调发展问题。对促进区域协调发展的经济法理论进行学理分析,结合域外经验探寻促进区域协调发展的经济法路径。In the new era, regional coordinated development is a new development issue, and Economic law is a development promotion law. Using the theory of Economic law to adjust the issue of regional coordinated development, and embedding the value of fairness, efficiency, and order of Economic law into regional coordinated development can promote regional integration and accelerate the process of social modernization. First, we focus on the problem of regional coordinated development brought about by the restriction of the administrative region economy, and then analyze the impact of the relationship between policy and law on regional coordinated development. From the existing problems of regional coordinated development, we analyze the problem of regional coordinated development from the perspective of Economic law. This paper makes a theoretical analysis of the Economic law theory that promotes the coordinated development of regions, and explores the path of Economic law to promote the coordinated development of regions in combination with extraterritorial experience.
