摘　　要：马克思主义学院资料室作为重要的教学科研辅助机构,是思想政治教育课程顺利开展的重要保障,是促进马克思主义理论学科建设繁荣发展的坚实基础,是提升中国特色社会主义人才培养水平的实践举措。新时代建设和发展马克思主义学院资料室需要切实解决重视程度较低、资金保障缺失、使用效率低下和隶属管理混乱等四重现实挑战。为此应当更新建设观念、加大资金投入、完善日常管理、创新形式发展,不断探索提升马克思主义学院资料室建设发展的实践路径,为新时代高校马克思主义学院建设发展提供坚实的综合保障。As an important teaching and scientific research auxiliary institution, the reference room of Marxism College is an important guarantee for the smooth development of ideological and political education courses, a solid foundation for promoting the prosperity and development of the construction of Marxist theoretical disciplines, and a practical measure to improve the training level of socialist talents with Chinese characteristics. The construction and development of the reference room of Marxism College in the new era need to solve the four practical challenges, such as low degree of attention, lack of fund security, low efficiency of use and confusion of subordination and management. To this end, we should update the construction concept, increase capital investment, improve daily management, innovate the form of development, and constantly explore the practical path to improve the construction and development of Marxist college reference room, so as to provide a solid comprehensive guarantee for the construction and development of Marxist college in the new era.
