摘　　要：自提出“一带一路”倡议以来,中国便对援外医疗事业十分重视。即使在中国国内新冠疫情非常严峻的时刻,中国政府依然坚持派遣援外医疗队。但是人员派驻单位对于其援外医疗队的支持服务模式的研究,一直未被重视。本文就派员单位的服务模式做出探讨,形成更加成熟高效的机制与管理模式,从而帮助我国援外医疗队更好地开展工作,让援外医疗队工作成绩更加显著。Since the establishment of the Belt and Road Initiative, China has put great emphasis on the cause of cross-border medical aid. Even in the hard times of COVID-19 pandemic, China has never given up on dispatching foreign aid medical teams to some of the most underdeveloped countries. Yet, very few research studies were found on the supportive services for the seconded employees who perform the medical aid operation. This paper will discuss this particular service model to help in building a mature and efficient mechanism, as well as a productive management style, thus allowing the medical team to perform better and more fruitfully.
