摘　　要：论文探讨了社会工作与社会行政协同发展的重要性,着重分析了政策支持、教育培训和知识共享与合作等因素在促进这种协同发展中的作用。在面对制度、机构和文化等层面的挑战时,本文指出了政府政策支持和社会工作专业人员自身努力的重要性。文章最终呼吁通过政策创新、教育培训和跨学科合作等策略,促进社会工作与社会行政的深度融合,以更好地解决社会问题和促进社会发展。The paper discusses the importance of the coordinated development of social work and social administration, and focuses on the role of factors such as policy support, education and training, and knowledge sharing and cooperation in promoting this coordinated development. In the face of challenges at the institutional, institutional and cultural levels, this paper points out the importance of government policy support and the efforts of social work professionals themselves. Finally the article calls for promoting the deep integration of social work and social administration through policy innovation, education and training and interdisciplinary cooperation, so as to better solve social problems and promote social development.
