民办高校办学风险分析与防范对策

摘　　要：高等教育能否实现高质量发展离不开民办高校的发展,民办高校的发展面临着诸多风险。通过分析民办高校的内、外部办学风险及其成因,提出我国应在完善民办高校政策法规;加强民办高校内部管理制度建设,提升教育教学质量;加强教师队伍的建设,支撑教学质量提高等对策。Whether higher education can achieve high quality development is inseparable from the devel-opment of private colleges and universities, which faces many risks. Through analyzing the internal and external risks and their causes of private universities, our country should improve the policies and regulations of private universities are proposed. Strengthen the internal management system construction of private universities to improve the quality of education and teaching;strengthening the construction of teachers to support the improvement of teaching quality and other countermeasures.
