湖北区域发展战略的演进过程和启示

摘　　要：党的二十大指出我国踏上了全面建成社会主义现代化强国、实现第二个百年奋斗目标的新征程。在新征程上,需要在新的起点上全面谋划新的区域发展战略,来实现高质量发展。2021年湖北提出了着力构建“一主引领、两翼驱动、全域协同”的全新区域发展布局。通过对湖北省以前区域发展战略的分析能更加深刻理解新的区域发展战略的重要性。本文分为三个部分:第一部分回顾了建国70多年来湖北区域发展战略的演进过程;第二部分介绍了湖北区域发展战略的特点;第三部分为“十四五”期间继续推动全省区域协调发展的启示。The Party’s twenty pointed out that China embarked on a new journey to fully build a great mod-ern socialist country and achieve the second centenary goal. On the new journey, we need to comprehensively plan a new regional development strategy from a new starting point to achieve high-quality development. In 2021, Hubei put forward a new regional development layout of “one main guidance, two wings driving, and all-domain coordination”. Through the analysis of the previous regional development strategy of Hubei Province, the importance of the new regional development strategy can be more deeply understood. This paper is divided into three parts: the first part reviews the evolution of Hubei’s regional development strategy in the past 70 years;the second part introduces the characteristics of Hubei regional development strategy;the third part is the inspiration of continuing to promote the coordinated development of the province during the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan period.
