摘　　要：城市社区是新时代下居民开展群体性生活的重要场所,是居民思想政治教育的主要阵地,承载着更多高要求的思想政治工作。本文立足于新的历史方位,在对城市社区思想政治工作开展现状进行深入调研的基础上,深刻剖析目前城市社区思想政治工作所遇到的问题及背后原因,从提高城市社区思想政治工作的实效性角度出发,积极探索城市社区思想政治工作的实施路径。Urban community is an important place for residents to carry out group life in the new era. It is the main position of residents’ ideological and political education and carries more high-demand ideological and political work. Based on the new historical position and the in-depth investigation of the current situation of ideological and political work in urban communities, this paper deeply analyzes the problems encountered in the ideological and political work in urban communities and the reasons behind them. From the perspective of improving the effectiveness of ideological and political work in urban communities, this paper actively explores the implementation path of ideological and political work in urban communities.
