摘 要:目的:探究大学生自尊对人际关系的影响,以及自我接纳在两者之间的作用机制。方法:采用大学生人际关系综合诊断量表、大学生二维自尊量表、自我接纳问卷通过网络调查回收有效问卷383份。结果:(1) 大学生自尊、人际关系以及自我接纳三者之间呈现两两显著正相关;(2) 大学生自尊与自我接纳均对人际关系具有预测作用;(3) 大学生自我接纳在自尊和人际关系之间起到遮掩作用。结论:大学生自尊水平可以直接影响人际关系,自我接纳在自尊和人际关系之间起到遮掩作用。Objective: To explore the influence of college students’ self-esteem on interpersonal relationships and the mechanism of self-acceptance between the two. Methods: A total of 383 valid questionnaires were collected through an online survey using the Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale for College Students’ Interpersonal Relationships, the Two-dimensional Self-esteem Scale for College Students, and the Self-Acceptance Questionnaire. Results: (1) There was a significant positive correlation between self-esteem, interpersonal relationship and self-acceptance. (2) College students’ self-esteem and self-acceptance were predictive of interpersonal relationships. (3) College students’ self-acceptance plays a role in masking between self-esteem and interpersonal relationships. Conclusion: The self-esteem level of college students can directly affect interpersonal relationships, and self-acceptance plays a role in masking between self-esteem and interpersonal relationships.
