数字金融对我国低碳贸易竞争力的影响研究——基于低碳技术进步的机制分析

摘  要:经济与环境的可持续发展已成为全球性挑战,备受社会关注和研究。数字金融是中国实现外贸绿色和高质量发展的新方向。本文结合相关文献,选取了2011~2020年间中国30个省份的面板数据,对数字金融对中国低碳贸易竞争力的影响进行了实证检验,并从低碳技术发展的视角进一步分析了数字金融对低碳贸易竞争力的作用机制。研究发现,数字金融的发展主要通过促进低碳技术进步来显著提升低碳贸易竞争力水平;在控制地区异质性的前提下,可以发现数字金融的发展对东部地区低碳贸易竞争力水平的促进作用更为显著。门槛效应检验表明,当低碳技术发展达到一定门槛时,数字经济对低碳贸易竞争力的促进作用更为显著。上述实证结果为我国提升低碳贸易竞争力提供了有价值参考。As the sustainable development of the economy and the environment has become a global issue of broad concern and research in society, digital finance provides a new direction for the green and high-quality development of China’s foreign trade. Based on this, this paper reviews relevant research literature and selects panel data from 30 Chinese provinces from 2011 to 2020 to empirically examine the impact of digital finance on China’s low-carbon trade competitiveness, and furthermore, from the perspective of low-carbon technological progress, the impact of digital finance on low-carbon trade competitiveness mechanisms are analysed. The empirical study finds that the development of digital finance significantly increases the level of low-carbon trade competitiveness through the main channels of low-carbon technological progress. The results of the regional heterogeneity test also show that the development of the digital economy has a more significant facilitating effect on the level of low-carbon trade competitiveness in the Eastern region. The threshold effect shows that after low-carbon technological progress exceeds a certain threshold, the relationship between digital finance and low-carbon trade competitiveness has a stronger facilitating effect. The above empirical conclusions provide a certain reference for improving China’s low-carbon trade competitiveness.
