摘 要:高校管理工作执行力是学校管理、教学及科研等各项工作能否良好运转的基础。民办高校与公办高校不同,其行政体制有着自身的特点,鉴于民办高校组织架构冗杂、缺乏绩效激励及人员素质不高等问题,通过优化组织结构、制定科学可持续发展的激励机制和人员分类培养等措施提升行政管理人员的执行力,构建民办高校管理人员执行力提升模型,改善民办本科院校现有行政管理体制,提高学校的办学效率,提升教学质量,实现民办高校稳定发展。The executive power of university management work is the basis for the good operation of school management, teaching and scientific research and other work. Private colleges and universities are different from public colleges and universities, and their administrative system has its own characteristics. In view of the problems of redundant organizational structure, lack of performance incentives and low quality of personnel in private colleges and universities, the executive power of administrative personnel is enhanced through optimizing organizational structure, formulating scientific and sustainable incentive mechanisms and personnel training, etc., and constructing a model for enhancing the executive power of administrative personnel of private colleges and universities to improve the existing administrative management system of private colleges and universities, improve school efficiency, enhance teaching quality, and achieve stable development of private colleges and universities.
