摘　　要：推动青年马克思主义者培养机制的完善,是紧跟国际形势发展的需要,是适应社会主要矛盾变化的需要,是推动民族伟大复兴事业的需要。当下,高校青年马克思主义者培养机制还存在着明显的短板,马克思主义理论的时代化和大众化有待加强、马克思主义思想的舆论引领力有所不足、马克思主义教育系统化与协同性还不够。各高校应紧紧围绕新时代对青年马克思主义者的培养需要,强化马克思主义理论研究,常态化开展理论学习教育,积极开展各类党组织活动,打造信仰浓厚的校园环境,以交流共享打破条块屏障,促进高校青年马克思主义者健康成长。Promoting the improvement of the training mechanism for young Marxists is necessary to keep up with the development of the international situation, adapt to the changes in the main contradictions of society, and promote the great rejuvenation of the nation. At present, there are still obvious shortcomings in the mechanism for cultivating young Marxists in universities. The modernization and popularization of Marxist theory need to be strengthened, the public opinion guidance of Marxist thought is insufficient, and the systematization and coordination of Marxist education are not enough. Each university should closely focus on the training needs of young Marxists in the new era, strengthen Marxist theoretical research, carry out theoretical learning and education on a regular basis, actively carry out various party organization activities, create a campus environment with strong faith, break down barriers through communication and sharing, and promote the healthy growth of young Marxists in universities.
