数字乡村建设助推乡村治理现代化的路径研究——基于宜宾市X县的个案研究

摘　　要：数字乡村建设不仅是技术革新在乡村治理中的生动实践,更是乡村振兴战略下的一次深刻变革。它以前所未有的方式重塑了乡村治理体系,使得治理更加高效、民主、透明。通过数据驱动决策,资源得以优化配置,问题得到精准解决,极大地提升了乡村治理的现代化水平。基于此,文章对X县数字乡村建设经验进行研究,以此分析数字乡村建设助推乡村治理现代化过程中存在的现实困境,最后提出强化党建引领、优化注意力分配、技术创新再审视以及复合型信任机制等措施,共同推动了乡村治理在理念、制度、技术和文化等多个层面的深刻变革和全面升级,希望构建一个更加智慧、高效、和谐、稳定的乡村治理新局面。Digital rural construction is not only a vivid practice of technological innovation in rural governance, but also a profound change under the rural revitalization strategy. It has reshaped the rural governance system in an unprecedented way, making it more efficient, democratic, and transparent. Through data-driven decision-making, resources can be optimized, and problems can be accurately solved, which greatly improves the modernization level of rural governance. Based on this, the article of X county digital rural construction experience, to analyze the digital rural construction booster rural governance in the process of modern reality, finally put forward to strengthen the party leading, optimize attention distribution, technology innovation and complex trust mechanism, jointly promote the rural governance in the concept, system, technology and culture, and other levels of profound change and comprehensive upgrade, hope to build a more intelligent, efficient, harmonious and stable rural governance new situation.
