摘　　要：寝室文化作为校园文化的重要组成部分,对新时代大学生成长具有直接影响。但是,全球化发展、社会转型及网络化的社会背景使大学生寝室文化建设面临考验。当前,寝室文化建设存在诸多问题,寝室文化育人功能亟需提升。文章分析新时代大学生寝室文化育人功能及建设现状,分析目前存在的问题和不足并对加强寝室文化建设提出建议。Dormitory culture, as an important component of campus culture, has a direct impact on the growth of college students in the new era. However, the social background of globalization, social transformation, and networking poses challenges to the construction of dormitory culture for college students. Currently, there are many problems in the construction of dormitory culture, and the educational function of dormitory culture urgently needs to be improved. This article analyzes the educational function and construction status of dormitory culture for college students in the new era, identifies the existing problems and shortcomings, and proposes suggestions for strengthening dormitory culture construction.
