美国国会图书馆数字化保护实践与现实启示

摘　　要：作为全球重要的文献保存和研究中心,美国国会图书馆拥有丰富的数字化保存经验,开展了众多馆藏文献数字化项目。文章采用文献分析法和网络调查法,总结美国国会图书馆在馆藏文献数字化中体现于方针引领、文献赋码、平台建设、馆际交流等方面的具体举措。这对我国公共图书馆开展馆藏文献数字化实践具有如下启示:完善数字保护顶层设计,加强数字化标准建设,创新馆藏文献展现形式,拓宽参与主体推进馆藏文献数字化。As a globally important document preservation and research center, the Library of Congress has rich experience in digital preservation and has carried out many projects for digitization of documents in its collections. The article adopts the literature analysis method and network survey method to summarize the specific initiatives of the Library of Congress in the digitization of the collection of documents, which are embodied in the policy leadership, document encoding, platform construction, inter-library communication and other aspects. It has the following inspirations for our public libraries to carry out the practice of digitization of collection documents: improve the top-level design of digital protection, strengthen the construction of digitization standards, innovate the form of displaying collection documents, and broaden the participation in the main body to promote the digitization of collection documents.
