摘　　要：研究聚焦于AI技术在高校图书馆服务转型中的应用,以及复合型“职工之家”的构建路径。通过深入剖析高校图书馆面临的新需求,探讨AI技术的应用模式、优势及其在构建“职工之家”中的关键作用。从必要性和可行性两方面展开论证,详细阐述借助AI构建“职工之家”各功能板块的实践路径,旨在为高校图书馆服务创新与功能拓展提供理论和实践思路。This research focuses on the application of AI technology in the service transformation of university libraries and the construction strategies of composite “Staff’s Home”. It deeply analyzes the new requirements faced by university libraries, explores the application modes, advantages of AI technology, and its key role in the construction of “Staff’s Homes”. The research conducts demonstrations from the aspects of necessity and feasibility, and elaborates on the practical paths for constructing various functional modules of the “Staff’s Home” with the help of AI, aiming to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the service innovation and function expansion of university libraries.
