摘　　要：物流产业联盟作为一种优势互补、资源共享以及应对竞争的有效手段,在我国已经出现了多种模式。本文分析了现有物流产业联盟中的外包联盟、纵向联盟和横向联盟等六种模式,并从伙伴选择、信用管理、绩效考核等方面提出了物流产业联盟的风险防范措施。Logistics industry alliance is used as an effective means to form complementary advantages, share resources and deal with competition. Some modes of logistics industry alliance have already come into being in China. The present paper analyzes six modes including outsourcing alliance, vertical alliance, horizontal alliances, etc. At the same time, risk prevention measures of logistics industry alliance are proposed from the aspects of partner selection, credit management, and performance evaluation.
