摘　　要：经济全球化格局演变过程中,中美贸易摩擦进一步加剧,出口管制清单扩大。摸清国内科研仪器现状,了解我国仪器资源供给和国产仪器行业受到的影响至关重要。本文从国内科研仪器资源现状出发,结合美国出口管制政策,在中美贸易摩擦升级的背景下,分析中美贸易摩擦及出口管制对我国科学仪器设备资源的影响,为我国科学仪器行业及仪器资源共享提出相关对策建议。In the process of economic globalization, Sino-US trade frictions have intensified, export control lists have expanded, it is very important to count out the domestic scientific research instruments and analyses the influence to the supply of instrument resources and the instrument industry. Based on the current situation of domestic scientific research instrument resources and the US export control policy, this paper analyses the impact of Sino-US trade friction and export control on China’s scientific instrument resources under the background of Sino-US trade friction escalation, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for China’s scientific instrument industry and instrument resources sharing.
