摘　　要：在农业数字化转型的进程中,提升农民素养、激发创新能力、深度融合数字技术,成为培育农业新质生产力的关键。长三角地区虽具先发优势,但仍面临基础设施不均、农民数字化能力不足、技术滞后及市场机制不健全等挑战。为破解此局,需强化基础设施建设,加速技术创新,提升农民数字化技能,完善市场机制与金融服务,并加强政策引导与区域协同。综合施策,旨在打通农业数字化转型的堵点,推动长三角及全国农业高质量发展。In the process of agricultural digital transformation, enhancing farmers’ literacy, stimulating innovation capabilities, and deeply integrating digital technology have become the key to cultivating new quality productivity in agriculture. Although the Yangtze River Delta region has a first-mover advantage, it still faces challenges such as uneven infrastructure, insufficient digital capabilities among farmers, technology lag, and an imperfect market mechanism. To break through this situation, it is necessary to strengthen infrastructure construction, accelerate technological innovation, improve farmers’ digital skills, perfect market mechanisms and financial services, and enhance policy guidance and regional coordination. The comprehensive implementation of these strategies aims to remove barriers to the digital transformation of agriculture, promoting high-quality development of agriculture in the Yangtze River Delta and across the country.
