摘　　要：冷冻保护剂是猪精液冷冻稀释液的关键组分,也是影响猪冻精质量的重要因素。冷冻保护剂能够有效缓解冷冻及复苏过程中对精子造成的损伤,对猪精液冷冻效果起到决定性的作用。因此,研究新型冷冻保护剂,可以提高猪精液冷冻保存效果。本文就几种冷冻保护剂的功能以及应用进行论述,以进一步提高猪冷冻精液的质量,发挥其价值,为相关研究以及生产实际应用提供理论参考。The cryoprotectant is a key component of the frozen diluent of pig semen, and is also an important factor affecting the quality of frozen pig semen. Cryoprotectants can effectively alleviate the damage caused to sperm during freezing and resuscitation, and play a decisive role in the freezing effect of porcine semen. Therefore, studying new cryoprotectants can improve the cryopreservation effect of pig semen. This article discusses the functions and applications of several cryoprotectants in order to further improve the quality and value of pig frozen semen, and provide theoretical references for related research and practical production applications.
