摘　　要：以玉扇多肉为接种外植体,对其组织培养技术进行了初步的研究。结果表明:MS + 1.0 mg?L?1 6-BA + 0.4mg?L?1 NAA诱导效果最好,诱导率可达97%;MS + 2.0 mg?L?1 IAA + 2.5 mg?L?1 6-BA + 0.25 mg?L?1 NAA增殖效果最好,培养40 d后增殖率可达3.6倍;1/2MS + 0.01 mg?L?1 IAA + 0.05 mg?L?1 NAA生根效果最好,且植株长势健壮。炼苗基质以草炭土:珍珠岩:蛭石(1:1:1)为最好;炼苗温度23?C^28?C,空气相对湿度80%~90%有利于提高炼苗成活率。The technique of tissue culture was studied in this paper. The results show that MS + 1.0 mg?L?1 6-BA + 0.4 mg?L?1 NAA is best induced effect. Induction rate could reach 97%. MS + 2.0 mg?L?1 IAA + 2.5 mg?L?1 6-BA + 0.25 mg?L?1 NAA is induced proliferation of the best effect. Proliferation rate can be up to 3.6 times. 1/2MS + 0.01 mg?L?1 IAA + 0.05 mg?L?1 NAA is the best to take root and plants grow strong. The seeding matrix is the best in the soil of turf:perlite:vermiculite (1:1:1), smelting plants 23?C - 28?C temperature, air relative humidity of 80% - 90% is helpful to improve the survival rate of seedlings.
