摘 要:SHORT-ROOT (SHR)/SCARCROW (SCR)和PLANT HOMEOBOX TRANSCRIPTION FACTORS (PLTs)是调控植物器官发育非常重要的转录因子,SHR/SCR在根辐射模式和干细胞维持中的作用已经取得到了大量的研究进展。研究显示拟南芥中PLT1和PLT3能与PCNA (TCP)和SCR形成复合体调控WUSCHEL-RELATED HOMEOBOX 5 (WOX5)的表达和干细胞的维持,且SHR/SCR和PLTs在其它植物中也参与调控了多个生长发育过程。因此,本文从基因的表达和蛋白移动特征以及功能方面综述了SHR/SCR和PLTs在不同植物生长发育过程中的表达和功能的多样性。此外,深入了解SHR/SCR和PLTs在不同植物功能中的差异,有助于为农业生产提供理论基础。The transcription factors SHORT-ROOT (SHR)/SCARCROW (SCR), and PLANT HOMEOBOX TRANS- CRIPTION FACTORS (PLTs) play crucial roles in regulating plant organ development. Significant research progress has been made regarding the involvement of SHR and SCR in root radiation patterns and stem cell maintenance. Studies have demonstrated that PLT1 and PLT3 in Arabidopsisthaliana can form a complex with PCNA (TCP) and SCR to regulate the expression of WUSCHEL- RELATEDHOMEOBOX5 (WOX5) and maintain stem cells in Arabidopsisthaliana. Furthermore, SHR, SCR and PLTs are also participated in regulating various growth and development processes in different plant species. This paper reviewed the expression and function diversity of SHR, SCR and PLTs in different plant growth and development processes from the aspects of gene expression, protein movement and function. A comprehensive understanding of the distinctions for SHR, SCR and PLTs in diverse plant functions will contribute to establishing a theoretical foundation for agricultural production.
