摘  要:利用1971~2017年新疆105个国家级气象台站逐日气温数据,建立日最高最低气温资料序列,对此时段内日最高最低气温缺测的站点及次数进行了统计。优先选用本站各类气象资料,使用地面气象观测数据质量控制相关分析及算术平均(温差法)、线性回归等数理统计方法,完成新疆101个国家级气象台站(除阿克达拉站、乌鲁木齐牧试站、塔中、吐鲁番东坎)缺测站次的日最高最低气温插补。结果表明:在进行日最高最低气温缺测资料的插补时,应先使用地面气象观测数据质量控制相关分析法对缺测数据进行再次质量控制,可直接完成多站的插补;在使用数理统计方法对数据进行插补时,应优先选用本站数据进行插补,以减少因地域和气候差异而造成的误差;提高观测人员职业素养和加快观测现代化建设,可以明显降低数据的缺测率;本文完成了除阿克达拉、乌鲁木齐牧试、塔中、吐鲁番东坎四站外的101个国家级气象台站1971~2017年日最高最低气温资料序列的建立并列出结果,为科研工作者和统计工作者提供了一定的基础数据支撑。Based on the daily temperature data of 105 national meteorological stations in Xinjiang from 1971 to 2017, the daily maximum and minimum temperature data sequences were established, and the stations and the number of stations with the highest and lowest temperature in this period were counted, such as the meteorological data of ground meteorological observation data and the arithmetic average (temperature difference method), linear regression and other mathematical statistics methods. The completion of 101 national meteorological stations in Xinjiang (except Akdara station, Urumqi Pasture station, tower, turkey east Han) lack of station the highest daily minimum temperature interpolation. The results show that when the interpolation of the maximum and minimum temperature of the daily minimum temperature is carried out, the quality control of the missing data should be carried out by using the correlation analysis method of the ground meteorological observation data, and the multi-station interpolation can be completed directly. Statistical methods to interpolate the data, you should give priority to the use of site data interpolation to reduce the geographical and climate differences caused by the error;to improve the professionalism of observers and accelerate the observation of modern construction, can significantly reduce the lack of data. This paper completed the establishment and listing of the data of the highest and lowest temperature data of 101 national meteorological stations in addition to the four stations of Akadala, Urumqi, Taizhou and Turpan. And statistical workers provide a certain amount of basic data support.
