摘　　要：临床实习阶段,是学生学习专业知识、培养专业技能的关键时期,也是使其成为一名合格医生的重要阶段。但在实习阶段发生医疗事故后,对一个实习医生的打击往往比较大,如何对待在实习阶段发生医疗事故的学生,帮助他们度过此人生中艰苦的阶段,是临床教育工作者应该探讨和实践的重要问题。本文对口腔实习医生发生医疗事故后的心理改变及对策进行了分析。Internship is a critical period for medical students to attain expertise and adopt clinical skills, as well as an important stage to enable one to be a qualified doctor. However, medical malpractice during that time would be a serious blow. Clinical educators should consider how to deal with the troubled interns and help them get through this difficult time in their life. This study analyzes the psychological changes after medical malpractice among intern dental students and its countermeasures.
