艺术教育视域下“四环进阶式”大学生创新能力提升路径研究

摘  要:当前培养创新型人才已成为高校重要任务之一,艺术教育在培养大学生创新能力中起着举足轻重的作用。通过研究艺术教育与大学生创新能力培养的之间的关联性,提出了“四环进阶式”大学生创新能力提升路径的总体框架;进一步建立了“创新意识萌生、创新思维培养、创新实践开展、创新能力形成”四环进阶式大学生创新能力提升路径的具体内容;最后将“四环进阶式”大学生创新能力提升路径在人才培养实践中进行了应用。研究结果表明,运用艺术教育的育人功能能够更加系统和有效地培养大学生的创新能力,所建立的“四环进阶式”大学生创新能力提升路径是可行的。该研究将为在艺术教育视域下提升大学生创新能力的教育教学模式提供借鉴和参考。At present, the innovative talents training has become one of the important tasks of colleges and universities, and art education plays an important role in training college students’ innovative ability. Through studying the correlation between art education and college students’ innovation ability training, the four-steps promoting ways and its general framework were created. Farther, the key links of four-steps promoting ways, such as innovative consciousness producing, innovative think- ing training, innovative practice implementing, innovative capability forming, were researched and built. At last, the four-steps promoting ways were applied in the practice of talent cultivation. Results show that the college students’ innovative ability can be trained systematically and effectively using the educational function of art education, and the four-steps promoting ways built in this paper are effective in the college students’ innovation ability training. This study will provide reference for the education and teaching mode of improving the innovation ability of college students from the perspective of art education.
