摘　　要：“立德树人”成为新教育发展趋势下的重点。专业课程是课程思政建设的基本载体。深入挖掘课程思政元素,有机融入课程教学,达到润物无声的育人效果。本文以海南大学水产养殖专业核心课程——水产微生物学与免疫学课程为例,挖掘思政元素,并从专业介绍、课程思政的教学设计、实施路径以及实施效果等方面开展课程思政教育的探索和实践。深入挖掘水产类专业课程价值引领元素,探索将课程思政融入该课程教学的相关应用和实践,实现专业知识教育与思想价值教育的有机统一,以求把学生培养成懂农业、爱农村、爱农民的新时代水产科技创新实践者和接班人。“Fostering morality and cultivating virtues” has become an ascending focus in today’s new education trend. Professional curricula are the fundamental carrier of construction of ideological and political curriculum. We aim to dig deeply into the ideology and politics behind daily courses, exquisitely adopt them into the teaching process, and nourish students subliminally. In terms of the aquatic microbiology and immunology course, a core curriculum for aquaculture major in Hainan University, we unveiled the underlying ideology and politics and launched an exploration and practice into profession introduction, and further on the teaching design, implementation and effects of ideological and political contents. Moreover, we analyzed and selected trailblazing substance under conventional aquatic curricula, attempting to fuse ideology and politics into teaching process, which highly unites professional knowledge with idealistic value establishment. All endeavors contribute to the transition from graduates to practitioners and successors of aquatic science and technology innovation in a new era, who understand agriculture, love agriculture and adore farmers.
