摘  要:各高校在“三全育人”理念指导下正如火如荼地纵深推进高校内涵式发展。教务员始终站在高校教学管理的“最前线”,是高校育人队伍的骨干力量。在此理念下,教务员深刻领悟“三全育人”理念的科学内涵,正确定位自身角色。在此基础上,提升思想认识高度,凸显管理育人深度,提高服务育人温度,进而提高服务效能,全面提升育人成效,助力教育改革。Under the guidance of the concept of “Three Comprehensive Education”, colleges and universities are promoting the connotative development of colleges and universities in depth and in full swing. The educational administrators have always been standing at the “front line” of college teaching management and are the backbone of the college education team. Under this concept, the educational administrators have a deep understanding of the scientific connotation of the concept of “Three Comprehensive Education” and correctly positioned their role. On this basis, we will improve our ideological understanding, highlight the depth of management education, improve the temperature of service education, and then improve the service efficiency, comprehensively improve the effectiveness of education, and help the education reform.
