摘  要:《公共财政学》主要研究政府收支及其管理,具有显著的课程思政特征。本文以“财政职能”的授课内容为例,通过在教学目标、教学内容、案例设计等流程嵌入思政元素,加强过程管理,来保障专业课思政嵌入的教学效果。“Public Finance” mainly studies government revenue and expenditure and its management, which has significant ideological and political characteristics. Taking the chapter of “Financial Functions” as an example, this paper illustrates the ways to embed ideological and political elements in its course objectives, content, case designs and other processes, such as strengthening process management. With the curriculum design, the effect of ideological and political education embedded in professional courses can be ensured.
