摘  要:创新理念已经作为引领国家现代化建设的重要原则,创新发展已然成为了国家发展的战略基点。创新理念与理念创新是创新驱动发展与高水平科技自立自强等战略实施的指导原则,也是创新创业教育价值实现的重要突破口与关键着力点。在价值关系上,创新理念是引领创新创业教育的重要原则,而理念创新又作为核心内容贯穿于创新创业教育的整个过程,二者互为支撑,共同推动了创新创业教育价值的真正实现。实现创新创业教育价值,要将创新理念与理念创新相互融通,推动创新创业教育理念由多元化向共识性转变,推动创新创业教育载体由课程性向课程化转向,推动创新创业教育评价从工具性向创新力转换。The concept of innovation has become an important principle leading the country’s modernization drive, and innovation development has become the strategic base of national development. Innovation concepts and conceptual innovation are the guiding principles for the implementation of strategies such as innovation-driven development and high-level scientific and technological self-improvement, and they are also important breakthroughs and key points for the realization of the value of innovation and entrepreneurship education. In terms of value relationship, innovation concept is an important principle to guide innovation and entrepreneurship education, while concept innovation runs through the whole process of innovation and entrepreneurship education as the core content, and the two support each other and jointly promote the real realization of the value of innovation and entrepreneurship education. To realize the value of innovation and entrepreneurship education, it is necessary to integrate innovation concept and concept innovation, promote the transformation of innovation and entrepreneurship education concepts from diversity to consensus, promote the shift of innovation and entrepreneurship education carrier from only the nature of courses to a systematic curriculum cluster, and promote the shift of innovation and entrepreneurship education evaluation from simple instrumentality to innovation power evaluation.
