摘  要:工程训练是高校为了提升学生工程实践能力开设的一门必修课,是高校培养应用型工程技术人才的关键。本文从教学理念、课程定位、教学模式、师资力量、教学成果等多方面探索和分析了地方普通高校工程训练教学的现状和不足,并从教学方式、教学内容、以赛促教等多个角度提出了工程训练教学改革的相关措施,致力于提高高校工程训练的教学质量,增强学习者处理工程问题技能的同时提升实践创新能力。Engineering training is a compulsory course set up in order to improve students’ engineering practice ability, and it is the key to cultivate applied engineering and technical talents in colleges and universities. This paper explores and analyzes the current situation and deficiencies of engineering training and teaching in local colleges and universities from various aspects such as teaching concept, course orientation, teaching mode, teacher strength and teaching results, and puts forward relevant measures for engineering training and teaching reform from the perspectives of teaching methods, teaching contents and promoting teaching through competition, so as to improve the teaching quality of engineering training in colleges and universities, enhance learners’ ability to deal with engineering problems and enhance their practical innovation ability.
