摘　　要：痕迹检验是运用自然科学技术手段与方法,为法律服务的交叉性工作,痕迹检验人员承担的任务是发现、搜集、提取、检验物证,提供证据、结论和意见以支持案件侦破及审判,担负揭露、核查、惩治犯罪的责任。随着新时代社会巨大变革和科技迅猛发展,犯罪行为与反侦查手段趋于科技化、机器化、智能化和隐蔽化,案件侦破和刑事诉讼面临空前的困难与挑战,对痕迹检验人员的素质也提出了更高的要求,直接关系到案件侦破和打击犯罪的效率,多维度痕迹检验人员素质要素分析可以为公安机关及院校全面培养专业人才提供借鉴和参考。Trace inspection is a cross-cutting work that uses natural science and technology methods to serve the law. The task of trace inspection personnel is to discover, collect, extract, and examine physical evidence, provide evidence, conclusions, and opinions to support case investigation and trial, and take responsibility for exposing, verifying, and punishing crimes. With the great social changes and rapid development of science and technology in the new era, criminal behavior and anti-investigation means tend to be scientific, mechanized, intelligent and hidden. The detection of cases and criminal proceedings face unprecedented difficulties and challenges, and the quality of trace inspection personnel is also put forward higher requirements, which is directly related to the efficiency of case detection and crime fighting. The analysis of the quality factors of multi-dimensional trace inspection personnel can provide reference for public security organs and institutions to comprehensively cultivate professional talents.
