摘  要:区块链技术在金融行业各场景深度应用,区块链金融等金融业态升级迭代,需要引入区块链思维以提升金融人才培养质量。论文梳理了金融专业教学及人才培养的新要求,考虑信息技术与金融产业的创新发展,总结区块链技术及思维应用存在的主要问题,探究了区块链思维在金融专业教学与金融人才培养中的创新应用。应推动多种教学手段与现代信息技术相融合,在更多课程中推进区块链 + 应用与创新,推进产学研融合以提升区块链金融人才实践能力,推动创新创业与学科竞赛等助力区块链金融育人模式创新与实践等。Blockchain technology is deeply applied in various scenarios in the financial industry, and financial forms such as blockchain finance are being upgraded iteratively, so blockchain thinking needs to be introduced to improve the quality of financial personnel training. This paper sorted the new requirements for the teaching and personnel training of finance major and considered the innovative development of information technology and the financial industry. It summarized the main problems existing in the application of blockchain technology and thinking, and explored the innovative application of blockchain thinking in finance teaching and personnel training. It is necessary to promote the integration of various teaching methods with modern information technology, and promote blockchain + application and innovation in more courses. It is necessary to promote the integration of industry, university and research to improve the practical ability of blockchain financial talents, and promote innovation, entrepreneurship and discipline competition to help innovation and practice in the blockchain financial education model.
