摘  要:新时代伴随着信息技术与教育教学的融合,高校教师面对科技与教育的发展,需要不断提升专业技能的同时,也需要提升自身职业道德素养。在电子信息教育和教育教学融合的今天,各地各高校师德失范现象时有发生,有必要开展信息化背景下高校教师职业道德素养的研究。文章将通过探析信息化对高校教师职业道德的影响,旨在为高校师德师风建设提供新的思路。信息化背景下,高校教师的师德师风面临诸多新挑战,应从加强理想信念教育,融合师生关系,建设文明上网思想等方面优化路径,以促进高校教师职业道德素养的提升。In the new era, with the integration of information technology and education, university teachers need to constantly improve their professional skills while also enhancing their professional ethics in the face of the development of technology and education. In today’s era of electronic information education and the integration of education and teaching, the phenomenon of misconduct in teacher ethics in various universities and colleges has occurred from time to time. It is necessary to conduct research on the professional ethics of university teachers under the background of informatization. The article will explore the impact of informatization on the professional ethics of university teachers, aiming to provide new ideas for the construction of teacher ethics and style in universities. In the context of informatization, the professional ethics and style of university teachers are facing many new challenges. We should optimize the path from strengthening education on ideals and beliefs, integrating teacher-student relationships, and building a civilized online mindset to promote the improvement of the professional ethics of university teachers.
