摘  要:教育评价是教育过程中不可或缺的一部分,是确保现代教育高质量发展的前提。中医药国际学生教育是我国中医药对外交流的重要组成部分,也是对外进行文化交流的窗口。随着学生规模的增加,不难发现我国国际中医药教育仍面临着国际化进程缓慢、招生环节受阻、教学与管理制度不完善等问题,所以优化教学与管理模式,提高培养质量成为了我国中医药国际教育的首要任务。因此,本文将在基于增值评价理论评估国际学生学习成果的国内外研究现状的介绍下,探讨其对高等中医药院校管理的积极影响,以期将增值评价理论更好地运用于国际学生教育中,以此来适应国际化教育的需求,不断扩大我国中医药的国际影响力。Educational evaluation is an indispensable part of the educational process and a prerequisite for ensuring the high-quality development of modern education. International student education in Chinese medicine is a crucial component of China’s external exchanges in this field and serves as a window for cultural exchanges. With the increasing number of international students, it is evident that China’s international education in Chinese medicine still faces challenges such as slow internationalization, obstacles in recruitment, and inadequate teaching and management systems. Therefore, optimizing teaching and management models and improving education quality have become the primary tasks for China’s international education in Chinese medicine. This paper introduces the current research status at home and abroad on evaluating international student learning outcomes based on the value-added assessment theory and discusses its positive impact on the management of higher education institutions of Chinese medicine. The aim is to better apply the value-added assessment theory in the education of international students, thereby adapting to the needs of international education and expanding the international influence
