摘　　要：毕业论文旨在检验学生所学知识和理论的综合运用能力,开放教育通过毕业论文的训练,进一步培养学生的专业研究素养,提高学生分析和解决问题的能力,提升学生的创新意识和专业素质。文章在问卷调研的基础上,通过教学目标与学生需求、写作要求与学生能力、教师与学生之间的话语体系三个方面的对比,研究开放教育行政管理专业本科毕业论文工作面临的问题及原因,进而提出优化开放教育行政管理专业本科毕业论文工作的若干策略。Graduation thesis aims to test students’ knowledge and comprehensive utilization ability of the theory of open education through the graduation thesis paper, to further develop the students’ professional research accomplishment and improve students’ ability to analyze and solve problems;the purpose of enhancing students’ innovative consciousness and professional quality. Article on the basis of questionnaire survey, through the teaching goal with the needs of the students and the writing requirements and student ability, teacher and student discourse system between the three aspects of comparison, the open education administrative management professional undergraduate course graduation thesis work problems and their causes, and put forward the optimization of open education administrative management professional undergraduate course graduation thesis work a number of strategies.
