大学新生“社恐”与“社牛”之社交情况比较——基于广东某农业高校调研的数据分析

摘　　要：人际关系是大学生的一门必修课,是检验大学生能否健康成长的一个重要标准。高校肩负培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的使命,无论是“社恐”还是“社牛”,背后潜藏的都是青年大学生的心理与行为特性,健康的人际交往能力往往是衡量是否心理健康的一种表征,人际交往能力也会影响到大学生宿舍人际关系、学习沟通、求职就业等。本文以广东某农业高校大学新生为研究对象,通过问卷调查法并结合文献法等对大学新生“社恐症”与“社牛症”两种表现进行分析、比较,针对两种不同状况的实际表现特征,并结合数据结果和研究结论,给出相对应的对策意见。Interpersonal relationship is a required course for college students, and it is an important standard to test whether college students can grow up healthily. Colleges and universities shoulder the mission of cultivating socialist builders and successors who develop morally, intellectually, physically, aesthetically, and labor in an all-round way. No matter “social anxiety disorder” or “social butterfly”, the psychological and behavioral characteristics of young college students are hidden behind them. Healthy interpersonal skills are often a sign of mental health. Interpersonal skills also affect the interpersonal relationship, study and communication, job search and employment of college students. This paper takes the freshmen of an agricultural university in Guangdong as the research object, through the method of questionnaire survey and combined with the method of literature to analyze and compare the two manifestations of “social anxiety disorder syndrome” and “social butterfly syndrome”, and in view of the actual performance characteristics of the two different conditions, combine the data results and research conclusions and provide corresponding countermeasures.
