红医精神在新时代医学院校学生干部队伍建设中的融合路径研究

摘　　要：新时代医学院校学生干部在高校学生日常工作中扮演着重要的角色,如何建设好一支传承红医精神的学生干部队伍是医学院校学生工作的重要内容。本文通过对红医精神的深入解读、分析学生干部队伍建设的现状,并探讨将红医精神融入新时代医学院校学生干部队伍建设的路径,提出具体的策略和方法,包括加强红医精神的教育和培训、强化学生干部的选拔和培养、营造红医精神的校园文化氛围、建立相关激励机制。旨在为医学院校培养具备高尚医德、精湛医术和强烈社会责任感的新时代医学人才提供参考。In the new era, student cadres in medical colleges play a significant role in the daily work of college students. How to build a student cadre team that inherits the Red Medical Spirit is an essential part of student work in medical colleges. This paper deeply interprets the Red Medical Spirit, analyzes the current situation of student cadre team construction, and explores the pathways to integrate the Red Medical Spirit into the construction of student cadre teams in medical colleges in the new era, proposing specific strategies and methods. These include strengthening education and training in the Red Medical Spirit, enhancing the selection and cultivation of student cadres, creating a campus cultural atmosphere of the Red Medical Spirit, and establishing relevant incentive mechanisms. The aim is to provide references for cultivating new era medical talents in medical colleges who possess noble medical ethics, superb medical skills, and a strong sense of social responsibility.
