摘　　要：地方高校坚持立德树人根本任务,从国家建设和区域发展的角度出发,将地方的地理与文化、历史与传承、发展与规划紧密地融入通识课程教学,走出一条兼具地方与思政特色的校本通识课程建设道路。信息技术与国民经济和社会发展密切相关,是地方工业生产与产业创新的重要驱动力。地方和思政元素丰富的信息类校本通识课程,能够紧密结合国家和地方创新驱动发展需求,有效地协同并助力高校教学,进一步提高地方高校的人才培养质量。Local colleges and universities adhere to the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people. From the perspective of national construction and regional development, local geography and culture, history and inheritance, development and planning are closely integrated into the general courses teaching, and a school-based general courses construction path with local and ideological and political characteristics is created. Information technology is closely related to the national economy and social development, and is an important driving force for local industrial production and industrial innovation. The school-based general courses with rich local and ideological and political elements can be closely combined with the national and local innovation-driven development needs, effectively coordinate and help college teaching, and further improve the quality of talent cultivation in local colleges and universities.
