摘  要:文章提炼了提炼了统计学专业研究生创新能力培养的教学改革实践精髓,依据桂林理工大学数学与统计学院的具体情况,将创新能力的培育深度整合进研究生的全面培养流程,在课程教育、学位论文研究及创新实践探索等多个关键环节,集中力量激发研究生的创新思维与实践潜能。通过构建一种综合性的“三维联动”创新人才培养模式,取得了显著的教学成效,研究生的创新思维与实践操作水平得到了实质性的提升。The essence of teaching reform practices for cultivating the innovative capabilities of graduate students in statistics has been refined. Based on the specific circumstances of the School of Mathematics and Statistics at Guilin University of Technology, the cultivation of innovative capabilities has been deeply integrated into the comprehensive training process of graduates. Efforts have been concentrated on stimulating the innovative thinking and practical potential of graduates across several key aspects, including curriculum education, thesis research, and explorations in innovative practice. By constructing an integrated “triple-linkage” model for innovative talent cultivation, significant teaching achievements have been made, with substantial improvements in the innovative thinking and practical operational skills of graduates.
