摘　　要：圈禁制度是清朝一个较有特点的制度,贯穿整个清朝,随清朝覆灭而消亡。因其主要针对的对象是皇室亲族,有形的惩戒不多或强度不大,所以常不被认为是一种正式的刑种。事实上,圈禁制度是为最高统治者服务的一种巩固皇权的特殊手段,亦是清代统治阶层以其专断独权给予亲族优待的特权制度。The confinement system is a characteristic system of the Qing Dynasty, which run throughout the whole Qing Dynasty and died out with the collapse of the Qing Dynasty. Because its main targets were royal relatives, and the physical punishments were few or mild, so it was often not considered a formal form of punishment. In fact, the confinement system was a special means to serve the supreme ruler and consolidate the imperial power. It was also a privilege system that the ruling class of the Qing Dynasty giving preferential treatment to relatives with its arbitrary and in-dependent power.
