摘 要:滴灌管生产线会在打孔部分使用视觉检测系统,传统的视觉检测系统中硬件控制系统功能单一且不能有效地判断出打孔过程中使用的刀号。因此,使用STM32进行自主设计硬件控制系统,该系统不仅具备传统的传感器信号输入端口和工业相机控制端口,还增加了高速输入端口和工业光源控制端口。这样设计不仅可以将费用控制在合理的范围内,还可以通过硬件控制系统对多种信号进行采集分析,来实现对打孔部分的刀号识别,以便于分辨出异常打孔是由哪把刀造成的。这样视觉检测系统不仅具有传统的采集图像和对比图像,还可以做到对滴灌管生产线打孔部分出现的问题进行分析,自动判断打孔部分出现的问题。Drip irrigation pipe production line will use the visual inspection system in the drilling part, the traditional visual inspection system in the hardware control system has a single function and can not effectively judge the knife number used in the drilling process.
