摘 要:航天运载器产品的装配过程是一个复杂的系统工程,某一个制造资源的冗余或缺失有可能会对系统的效能造成严重影响。本文对运载器产品的制造过程进行分解,引入复杂网络理论,将制造资源节点抽象为网络节点,建立以制造资源为主体的复杂网络模型,并对制造资源网络的复杂网络特性,包括节点的度及其分布、负载的情况及鲁棒性进行分析。并以实际制造任务为模型进行探索,研究结果对制造任务的分解、制造资源节点的选择、资源节点的全局优化调度、制造资源网络的鲁棒性和可靠性等的研究提供理论依据。The assembly process of Launch Vehicle products is extremely complex. The redundant or deletion of a vertex in manufacturing resource network may have a serious impact on the effectiveness of the system. Based on complex network theory, this article decomposed the manufacturing process of Launch Vehicle to abstract manufacturing resource as network vertex, thereby established complex network models with manufacturing resources. The complex network characteristics of the manufacturing resource network, including the degree, distribution of degree, load conditions of degree, robustness of the network are analyzed. A model based on the practical manufacturing tasks was constituted. The research results can support the decomposition of manufacturing tasks, the selection of manufacturing resource, the global optimization scheduling of resource, and the robustness analyses of the manufacturing resource network.
